How can we help?

Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout when it is available for your order and area. Payment is collected through the courier according to the order total shown.

Orders are prepared in plain outer packaging. The courier still receives the delivery information needed to complete the shipment.

Select the same-day delivery request at checkout when shown. Our team confirms product stock, city coverage, cutoff time and any charge before dispatch.

Review size, material, power source, waterproof rating, included accessories and manufacturer care instructions before ordering.

Follow the manufacturer instructions for cleaning, drying and storage. Keep products clean, dry and stored separately where the material requires it.

Opened or used intimate products normally cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Contact support if an item arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty.
